Account Settings: How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication is a method of confirming a user's identity by using a combination of two different factors. To enable two-factor authentication, click on the your user icon in the top right-hand corner and then select 'Account Settings'. Then within your Profile Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page to the 'Two-factor authentication' header, then click 'Configure'. From here you can choose whether to use a time-based one-time password (TOTP) application or SMS.

To use SMS, you'll need to enter a mobile number in your Profile Settings so please ensure this is listed if you want to use this method. Once you've chosen your method, we'll ask for a 6 digit security code that we send to you, to be entered in the platform. Once, completed, that's it, added security for your account each time you sign in!

If you do wish to disable this feature, you can do so from your Profile Settings also.
