In this step, we'll initially ask for the exchange date and estimated completion date. This will default to 28 days for Help to Buy and 21 days for mortgage/cash purchases, however any date can be stipulated. For the exchange date, this will need to be a specific date, however for the estimated legal completion date, this can also be listed as a month and year, or a quarter and year. These dates will then be aggregated into the reservation agreement.
Secondly we will ask if there are any notes you'd like to state, these will be added to a specific notes section in the reservation agreement, if there are none, you can lave this blank. Next we'll ask if there are any other supporting documents that you believe will aid the conveyancers in their transaction. This is optional but you can then upload any further documents you believe may help.
