Please note, depending on your user role, the following actions may not be available to you.
To amend your development details, firstly head to your Dashboard, click the three dots in line with the relevant development and then click 'edit'.
The first tab you will be brought to is your 'Unit settings and availability'. You'll see on the left hand side a 'Live' header with either a green tick or a blank space. If a unit is ticked it means an agent can start a reservation on this unit, if it is not ticked, then this unit won't display front end. To change this availability, click 'Edit availability' next to the block and you'll see check boxes appear. Here you can tick or untick and then simply 'Apply changes' when you are done.
To edit a specific unit's details, click 'Edit' next to that unit. Here you will find all of the details for that unit for you to amend, for example, asking price and completion dates can be edited here, simply click 'Save' when you're done.
If you need to change the development address, click on the tab 'Edit development' tab where you can amend these details. In this section you can also select if Help to Buy is applicable to the development, and if so, select the relevant region. We'll then display ths details for the Help to Buy agent for this region for any Help to Buy reservations you have.
