F2F - Adding a new reservation - Finance (Mortgage/Help to Buy/Cash): Proof of Funds Details > Sale of Properties

Once you have clicked 'Start' on 'Sale of properties', additional questions will open up for this step. 'Sale of properties' is applicable to all purchase methods (mortgage/Help to Buy/cash) selected in the Pricing section. This step can be completed later by the buyer on their own platform, (simply click 'Buyer to complete later') or skipped entirely for the buyer to complete offline with their conveyancer (click on 'skip for this reservation'). The buyer will also be able to skip this step entirely from their own platform to handle offline with their conveyancer.

Firstly we will ask how many properties you are selling or have sold to finance this purchase, you can select up to 2.  We will then ask for the status of each property:

- Completed (Cash in your account)
- On the market
- Sold subject to contract (offer accepted)
- Contracts exchanged (legally binding)

The questions for each will change depending on the selection.

Completed (Cash in your account)
If this is selected, we will ask for the amount received from this sale as well as a copy of a bank statement to be uploaded.

On the market
If this status is selected we will ask for the asking price, the property address and the estate agent company name. We will automatically pull the result from the details entered into the search box or you can choose to write this in yourself by clicking 'Enter manually'.

Sold subject to contract (offer accepted)
If this status is selected we will ask for the agreed price, the property address and the estate agent company name. We will automatically pull the result from the details entered into the search box or you can choose to write this in yourself by clicking 'Enter manually'. There is also the option to upload a copy of the memorandum of sale.

Contracts exchanged (legally binding)
If this status is selected we will ask for the agreed price, the property address and the completion date. We will also ask for the estate agent company name, we will automatically pull the result from the details entered into the search box or you can choose to write this in yourself by clicking 'Enter manually'. There is also the option to upload a copy of the memorandum of sale.

To upload a document, click on the upload box to select the file from your computer, or drag & drop a document from your computer to the upload box instead. Once completed, click 'Save' and this step will be marked as done.
