Seller's Conveyancer - How does it work?

With Yourkeys, you don't need an account with us to further a sale for your housebuilder! 

Once there is a new reservation, you will simply be asked to upload the draft contract pack from our secure portal via email (no account required, all you’ll need is an access code that we’ll provide to you in the email). You'll have access to download our Transaction Information Form which collates all the details of the reservation and property details! We’ll forward the draft contract pack to the buyer’s conveyancer automatically for you or you can also choose to send the draft contract pack offline if you would prefer to. 

How it works:

1) The seller enters relevant information about a buyer into Yourkeys.
2) We then automatically process all of the required checks, forms and data requests to provide a package of information to pass onto the instructed conveyancer.
3) The instructed conveyancer receives the full document set (along with the draft contracts from you) so they can start work on the case immediately.
4) We'll let you know when the instructed conveyancer downloads the documents.

Once done, that’s it, no more steps involved. Simple, I think you'll agree!
