Fantastic Features for All Users
The reservation agreement form has been updated to reflect an anticipated legal completion date for both available and yet to be completed development units. We’ve also updated the property type to show apartments as well as houses.
Email Notification Content:
Email notifications will now also include the unit and development name in the subject of the email.
Exciting Enhancements for Developers
Team Member Access:
Team members now have access to the ‘Menu’ sidebar. Prior to this only the main account owner could access this. Team members are now able to delay or cancel sales and their names now display next to documents they upload in the document store. Lastly, for any new sales a team member is processing, their initials will show in the Dashboard next to the unit.
Selecting a Conveyancer:
Developers can now select a conveyancer even if their development is not live on the platform.
Amazing Updates for Conveyancers
Skipping the Mortgage Selection:
Conveyancers are now able to skip the 'Mortgage' section and liaise with their client offline regarding their mortgage offer. All other stakeholders will be notified if this is the case.
All conveyancer's opening hours will default to 9am-5pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise specified by the conveyancer themselves.
The 'Appoint Conveyancer' button is now clickable on a browser with a width narrower than 992 pixels, as well as on mobile devices.
Reservation Agreement Upload:
'Drop Document Here' is now visible when wanting to upload a signed reservation agreement.
Date of Birth
Date of birth appeared twice on the buyer's conveyancer instruction.
Garden was listed twice under the amenities.
