The 'Completion' tab

Representing a buyer:

Once the seller’s conveyancer issues notice to complete, the number of days issued will appear in the completion tab. This section will then become active and you can start on the financial statement and pre-completion checks sections. These sections can be completed in any order.

As each section is complete and signed off, the ‘% of completion process complete’ progress marker will increase. Once all sections are complete and show as ‘Done’ the ‘Completion‘ banner will appear to confirm that completion can take place.

Representing the developer/seller:

Once you’re ready to issue notice to complete, navigate to the completion tab, enter the number of days’ notice you want to give or enter a fixed date if there is one. This will automatically update the completion date and notify everyone in the process.

This section will then become active to the buyer’s conveyancer and they can start on the financial statement and pre-completion checks sections. These sections can be completed in any order.
