Requesting deposit payments

You can request deposit payments from your clients at the Deposit step on the Conveyancing tab in the purchase process. You can do this by adding your account details in your Account settings and clicking the Payment settings button in the header. Add your account details here, these will be served to your client at the appropriate time and we will notify you once the buyer has confirmed the transfer. Alternatively you request the transfer offline and confirm receipt of the deposit by clicking 'Mark completed' to keep everyone updated.
