What is a 'Tentative Reservation'?

When you are reserving a property with the developer, but have not fully completed all of the required details, this will be considered a tentative reservation. If all of the necessary information has not been completed within 72 hours then the reservation will be cancelled.

The items that may have been skipped are:

- Signing your reservation agreement (learn how to do that here).
- Paying your reservation fee (learn how to do that here).
- Appointing your conveyancer (learn how to do that here).

You will be notified by email that you have a tentative reservation and to complete the remaining details.
