What is a 'Tentative Reservation'?

When you are reserving a property, certain skipped steps causes the reservation to be marked as 'tentative. This means you'll need to complete some details before the reservation is fully complete. The items that may have been skipped are:

- Signing your reservation agreement.
- Paying your reservation fee.
- Listing your source of funds (if not skipped entirely)
- Appointing your conveyancer (if you are not using a HTB Equity Loan).

You'll be notified by email when it has been completed as a tentative reservation, and we'll let you know which parts you still need to complete to make it a full reservation!
