Tentative reservations

When you have reserved a property but not fully completed all the details this will be considered a tentative reservation. You will need to complete this information as soon as possible or you risk the property being released back to the market.

The items you may have skipped are:

  • Signing your reservation agreement (learn how to do that here)
  • Paying your reservation fee (learn how to do that here)
  • Appointing your conveyancer (learn how to do that here)

You'll be sent a link to complete these via email.
