How do I use the Live Chat?

Head to our website, you'll see a message icon in the bottom right hand of your screen. This is our live chat feature! Initially our Yourkeys Bot will ask some introductory questions so we can best help you with your query, and then pass you on to our human helpers! We're available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, but even if you message outside of these hours, our bot will pick up your messages and log it as a Support ticket for you!
