First of all, click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner, then select 'Account settings' and 'Services and fees' from the header. You'll be automatically brought to the 'Services' tab. Here you can list whether you want your services to be visible to buyers on our platform, and also whether you'll offer to help with the 'Help to Buy' scheme.
Once you've selected your services, click 'Save & continue' and you'll be brought to the 'Fees' tab. Here you can list your fees for leasehold cases, freehold cases and other additional fees. You can choose to have fixed fees or variable fees, as well as choose a price or percentage. We’re all about transparency, and showcasing your fees from the start is really important to customer satisfaction.
If you can't edit your fees, it may be because your profile is live. You'll need to click the 'Take offline' button to amend these details, then just click 'Go Live' again once you're done.
Just so you know, we do add a disclaimer to all quotes to inform the buyers that there may be additional third party or disbursement costs associated with each case.
