You’ll receive an email and a notification when a new reservation is made on a development you represent.
From your dashboard, simply click on the notification box in the right hand corner, click 'Action(s) required' and the top notification of 'Reservation details have been completed'.
Here you'll be prompted to upload the draft contract pack for this unit which should contain the draft lease, draft contract, and the developers sale pack. Additional documents can also be uploaded should you want to include any further information.
If you’re super-organised you can pre-populate all of the generic contract pack information you’ll need for each unit and this will automatically issue this information to the buyer’s conveyancer at reservation! You can then follow up with any bespoke information you may need to add.
To pre-populate this information, click 'Developer clients' from your dashboard and then 'View' next to the relevant development.
In the top right hand corner you'll see the button of 'Add contract pack(s) +'. Here you can upload draft contract packs that are applicable to multiple units on the development. Once added, the buyer’s conveyancer can download the pack and start reviewing!
