Account Settings: How do I enable two-factor authentication?

Two-factor authentication is a method of confirming a users identity by using a combination of two different factors.

Enable two-factor authentication

To enable two-factor authentication:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner
  2. Click Account settings
  3. Scroll down to the Two-factor authentication header and click Configure
  4. Choose whether to use a time-based one-time password (TOTP) application or SMS

 Note

To use SMS, you will need to enter an active mobile number in your Account settings. Once you have chosen your method, we will ask for a 6 digit security code that we send to you to enter into the platform

If you wish to disable this feature, you can remove this in your Account Settings.

Once completed, the added security for your account will be enabled each time you sign in.
