Depending on your user role, the following actions may not be available to you

This article includes:

Add users

To add users to your team:

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard
  2. Click the three dots beside the relevant development
  3. Click edit team members
  4. The Assign team tab in your Development Settings opens

Here, you can add users and define any roles or privileges they have. You can also copy an existing team and their roles to a new development.

Always check the access privileges when adding existing users, as the access they currently have will be transferred to the new development. For example, a user with only specific unit access on one development will have no access within a new one until this is updated

Add a new team member

To add a new team member:

  1. Click Add new user
  2. Choose the role type and their access privilege
  3. Enter their details and select Add
  4. Select Add another + to add more than one team member at a time with the same permissions
  5. Choose which units a user can access (all units or selected)
  6. Click Save to finish

Any existing team members will be listed with their role, unit access total and when they were last online. You can click the three dots beside the user to view more info on them, manage their access or remove them from your team.

Unit access for team members

We will ask which units you want the users to have access to. If the unit access is different per user email address, then this can be skipped and access can be given to users individually on the initial Assign Team page. To do this:

  1. Click the three dots beside the user
  2. Click Manage access
  3. Choose which units a user can access (all units or selected)
  4. Click Save to finish

Please be aware that if this is skipped, the user will not be able to add any reservations until unit access is selected for them.

User permissions and access

You can alter a user's permission and unit access which will limit what a user can reserve and reporting options they have:

  • If all units are selected for a user, you will also be given the option to allow the user(s) automatic access to all future units created on this development
  • Users given specific unit(s) access, will only be able to reserve and report on the units chosen for them

To see all of your users across all of your developments:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner
  2. Click Account settings
  3. On the grey banner at the top of the page, click People

You are also able to click on each user to see their account details, manage/remove access and see which users have activated their account.
