In this section, we will ask about the planned use of the property by asking the following questions:
- Will anyone other than the buyer(s) occupy the property who will be over 17 years of age at completion?
- Do you plan to keep a pet at the property?
- Do you plan to alter or extend the property?
- Do you plan to run a business from the property?
Question 3 and 4 only require a Yes or No response. Saying Yes to questions 1 and 2 will require a little more information.
Follow up details for questions
Question 1
If the answer is Yes, we will ask what their relationship is to the buyer which you can select from a dropdown.
Question 2
If the answer is Yes, we will ask you to select which type of pet will be kept which you can select from a dropdown.
These details will be sent automatically to the buyer's conveyancer in our Document Set so these can be considered for the contract terms for the exchange of contracts.
