How do I add a new reservation?

Add a new reservation

  1. Access your Dashboard
  2. Click View next to your development
  3. Click Add Reservation next to the chosen unit

We will display details that can be amended or populated in this initial screen if the fields have not been provided during onboarding. Details displayed are:

  1. The asking price
  2. Number of bedrooms
  3. Number of bathrooms
  4. Postal address
  5. Service and estate charges

This information will be used to populate the reservation agreement so it is important that you are happy with the unit details before proceeding to the next step.

Next, we will ask you if the buyer is present with you. Depending on your selection, the reservation journey will be slightly different.

Buyer(s) present

You will be responsible for entering all of the details in the reservation steps, although some sections can be sent to the buyer to complete later on their own account.

Buyer(s) remote

We will ask you to enter some basic information about the sale and the Primary buyer's details.

Once completed, the buyer will be sent the remaining steps to complete on their Yourkeys account. The Primary buyer will be responsible for completing such steps as entering the details of any other applicable buyer(s), completing ID checks and signing the reservation agreement.

The Primary buyer listed will also represent any other applicable buyers for the reservation. Once their steps are completed, you'll be able to review the details and countersign the agreement to complete the reservation.
