Once you and the buyer have completed all steps and have signed the Reservation Agreement, you will have access to your Progression Summary page.

This page gives an overview of all the steps in your sales progression including each outstanding step left until the purchase is completed.

Exchange of contract steps

The current status of each step will be displayed in a list, outlining which stakeholder is responsible for completing it as well as the date and time each step was completed. Buyers will also automatically be notified by email as soon as any milestone is updated.

 Note

If the buyer's conveyancer is integrated with Yourkeys, the status of each step will automatically update on both the seller and buyer platforms when completed. Notifications will also be emailed directly to both parties to alert them that this step is completed

If the buyer's conveyancer is not integrated, you can update the system manually. To do this, click Mark completed next to each milestone when they are completed to alert the buyer to how their purchase is progressing. You can also edit the estimated legal completion date via the edit pen.

If an integrated conveyancer is being used, the date will automatically populate to the completion date when this milestone is marked as completed and no further edits will be available.

 Note

The milestones shown on this page will be different depending on the purchase method used. For example, if the buyer is using a Help to Buy Equity Loan then further milestones such as application approval will also be listed

When completed, these steps will be shown, along with the date, in your Progression Report so you have an overview of all your transactions and their stage within the development.
