Once the reservation agreement is signed by both you and the seller, we will notify you by email to let you know the reservation is complete.
Once fully completed, we will also then send your selected conveyancer your instruction and a reservation document set full of vital information they need to get started. You can learn more about the Document Set here.
You will also have access to your Reservation Summary and Progression Summary which will keep you updated at every step of your purchase.
A handy .pdf will be attached to all reservation-based emails you receive.
