Once you have completed all of your details, you will be brought to the Review & Sign step.

 Warning

This is the last chance to review and amend any details before you continue to sign the documentation. If you need to change any of the information, simply click Edit next to the relevant section. Once you have completed an ID Check, your buyer details will not be editable

 Note

If you need to make changes to your deposit amount, mortgage amount or the HTB loan (HTB only), you can do so by editing the relevant fields in the finance options. Editing some steps may cause others to reopen, however, if this happens we will guide you to the affected areas

If you click the blue download icons, you can see a preview of the documentation you will be signing. These will also update and display any edits made before completion. Once you are happy with all of the details, click Save & next at the bottom of the screen.

If you have completed your proof of funds, you will be asked to confirm these details with a signed declaration form. This form affirms that you accept that all of the details provided are true.

You can choose to sign this in one of two ways:

  • Online with a digital signature
  • Printing the form and signing with a wet signature, then uploading it to the platform

In the case of uploading the documents with a wet signature, the file upload box supports the uploading of multiple documents at once. Simply click the Upload file(s) box and select all the files you wish to include and confirm.

We will confirm the receipt of a successful signature (in either form) with you. This will be sent to your chosen conveyancer when the reservation is fully completed. If you wish to read this form later, it is accessible to you in your Document Store in the sidebar.

Reserving the property

In the next step, the Primary buyer will represent all other buyers (if applicable) when signing the reservation agreement. Before signing, you should ensure you have read, understood and agree with all of the information within the document. After both parties have signed the agreement, the seller can fully reserve the property for you and we will notify you when this is completed.

Again, you can choose how you would like to sign the agreement, either digitally online or with a wet signature as before.

 Did you know...

For Help to Buy purchases, only a wet signature can be used, due to their guidelines

When all documents have been added correctly, they will populate as thumbnails with progress bars. Once the upload has been completed they will be added to the Document Set.

Once all of the documents have been signed and uploaded, click Save & next to complete this step.
