You will only be required to complete this step if you need to pay a reservation fee for this property

If your purchase requires a deposit to be paid, you can choose to pay this directly to the seller via bank transfer or using our secure payment portal Stripe to pay online.

Using Stripe

If you have chosen to use Stripe to pay your deposit securely online, this will show as a step to complete on your Dashboard.

To pay the deposit, you can follow these steps:

  1. Click Continue beside the Reservation Deposit step
  2. You will see the total amount to pay and the Stripe tool below. Click Pay now
  3. All contact details will auto-populate, check that these are correct
  4. Enter your card number, expiry date and CVC number. Click Pay now
  5. A receipt will be sent to your email address to confirm the payment
