When you make contact or create a reservation with a lead on the CRM, this will qualify the lead.

Qualifying leads
There are 3 main ways to qualify a lead:
- Creating an activity (such as editing the details, or, sending a campaign to a lead)
- Creating tasks against the lead
- Creating a reservation using the lead information
Lead to contact
Once any activity, task, or reservation is completed using a lead's contact details, they'll become qualified and will disappear from the Leads section on the Dashboard.
All of the details for this lead will be stored in the Contacts section, and all Activities will display in the relevant sections of the CRM side panel.
