Manually adding leads

You may want to manually add a lead to the CRM if you receive a telephone call regarding your development, have walk-ins at your site, or if you receive information about a potential lead via other non-integrated sources.

If you need to manually add a lead, you only need a few basic details to get the information added to the CRM, such as their:

  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

To manually add a lead:

  1. Navigate to the Leads section on the right-hand side of the Dashboard, and click New
  2. As a minimum, enter the leads Name, Mobile or Phone number, and Email address. You can add any other information or Personal Details that you'd like to document, within the dropdown fields
  3. Once completed, click Save
  4. Click Close to exit to the Dashboard

Your new lead will now appear at the top of the Leads section on your Dashboard.
