You may want to manually add a lead to the CRM if you receive a telephone call regarding your development, have walk-ins at your site, or if you receive information about a potential lead via other non-integrated sources.
If you need to manually add a lead, you only need a few basic details to get the information added to the CRM, such as their:
- Contact name
- Email address
- Telephone number
To manually add a lead:
- Navigate to the Leads section on the right-hand side of the Dashboard, and click New
- As a minimum, enter the leads Name, Mobile or Phone number, and Email address. You can add any other information or Personal Details that you'd like to document, within the dropdown fields
- Once completed, click Save
- Click Close to exit to the Dashboard
Your new lead will now appear at the top of the Leads section on your Dashboard.
